A booking is confirmed once payment (full or deposit, as stated at checkout) is received and you receive a confirmation email. Rates are quoted in your selected currency and are converted at an indicative rate; the charge is processed in the property's settlement currency.
Displayed room totals are subject to statutory Sri Lankan charges — service charge and government taxes (VAT, SSCL, TDL) — shown at checkout, in line with prevailing regulations.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate and package booked and are shown at the time of booking. Promotional and long-stay rates may be non-refundable. Please contact us to amend a reservation.
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Ayurvedic treatments are provided following a consultation with our resident doctor. Please disclose medical conditions, pregnancy or medication so treatments can be adapted safely. Our programmes support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
